Descrição: The Rolling Stones é uma banda de rock inglesa formada a 12 de Julho de 1962. É uma das bandas mais antigas ainda em actividade e, ao lado dos The Beatles, foram considerados a banda mais importante da Invasão Britânica (período em que artistas de rock/pop/beat britânicos se tornaram bastante populares nos EUA/Canadá).
Actualmente, os The Rolling Stones são reconhecidos como a maior banda de rock do mundo. Durante mais de 50 anos de carreira, a banda passou por diversos problemas graças às drogas, más críticas, polémicas devido aos títulos de canções ou capas de discos e conflitos entre membros. Já venderam mais de 240 milhões de álbuns no mundo inteiro e algumas das suas canções mais famosas são "Angie", "Sympathy for the Devil, "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction", "Ruby Tuesday", "Start Me Up" e "She's A Rainbow".
